Data controller
Gift Emmanuel Orban's management team is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. For any question about how your data is used, write to contact@giftorban.com.
What we collect
The only personal data collected is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your full name, email address, message, and optionally your organisation and country. No account is created and no payment or banking data is collected anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to read, assess and reply to your enquiry (partnership, sponsorship, media, event, football or charity request). The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to the professional enquiries addressed to us.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered by email directly to a professional inbox managed by Gift Orban's team. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, not sold, and never used to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
This site does not store submitted messages: each one is sent once by email and is not retained on the server afterwards. To prevent abuse, the server temporarily keeps a record tied to the sending IP address for up to ten minutes, solely to enforce a rate limit, then it is discarded automatically.
Security check
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service. It processes limited technical signals, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to confirm you are not a bot, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. The content of your message is never shared with Cloudflare.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security purposes only, which are exempt from consent under applicable law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its processing, and to request that it be transferred to you. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@giftorban.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, in France the CNIL.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date above shows the latest revision.
